AI TRAINING FOR TEAMS

AI Training for Teams.
Built around your work.

Start with the tasks on your desk.

A proposal to write. A campaign to plan. A report that takes too long. Help your team use AI on the work they already do, with the judgement to know what needs a closer look.

Discuss your team's starting point

Your team knows the work.
Help them use AI within it.

Someone is already trying ChatGPT. Someone else is unsure where to start. The challenge is giving everyone a useful way to approach a task and check the result.

At AI Advantage, we begin with the work itself. What context does AI need? What does a good answer look like? Where should a person make the decision? Those questions guide the practice.

What could your team work on?

Use these focus areas as a starting point. We agree on the content around your needs.

TRAINING FOCUS 01
Practical team learning

Everyday AI skills

Give AI enough context to help. Practise writing useful instructions, checking answers and choosing when to do the work yourself.

Practice idea: a reusable brief and a review checklist.

TRAINING FOCUS 02
Practical team learning

Writing & presentations

Turn rough notes into a clear proposal or presentation outline. Keep the argument sound and the language suited to your audience.

Practice idea: a slide outline with evidence to check.

TRAINING FOCUS 03
Practical team learning

Marketing & content

Develop ideas from a customer brief, adapt a draft for different channels and review it against your brand voice.

Practice idea: a small content plan your team can edit.

TRAINING FOCUS 04
Practical team learning

Repeatable workflows

Break a recurring task into steps. Decide where AI can help, what needs approval and how a colleague could repeat the process.

Practice idea: a documented workflow with a human review point.

Built around your starting point

A useful training plan starts with a conversation about your team.

01

Tell us about the work

Share your team's roles, current AI experience and a task that takes more effort than it should.

02

Shape the training together

Agree on the learning goals, tools and session format. We confirm the scope and pricing before you commit.

03

Practise with a useful task

Work through examples using sample or approved, non-sensitive material. Compare the output with what good work looks like.

04

Choose what to use next

Identify a workflow to test at work, who will own it and how your team will check whether it helps.

THE AI ADVANTAGE APPROACH

Give a useful workflow
a home in your team.

A good prompt is a starting point. Add the right context, a clear review process and instructions a colleague can follow. Then test the workflow on a small task before using it more widely.

Before you bring your team

Who is team training for?+

Business owners, team leads and HR or learning teams who want their colleagues to use AI more confidently at work. The starting point depends on the team's roles and experience.

Does everyone need technical experience?+

You can start with everyday tasks such as writing, research and planning. Let us know how familiar your team is with AI so we can discuss an appropriate level.

Can we focus on our own team's work?+

Yes. Share the tasks you want to improve and the tools your organisation allows. We will discuss suitable examples and agree on the scope before confirming the training.

Which AI tools will we use?+

Tool selection depends on your goals, access and company policies. Tell us what your team already uses. We will confirm any accounts or subscriptions needed before the session.

Can we bring company documents?+

Start with sample or anonymised material. Do not upload confidential business information or personal data without your organisation's approval. Agree on suitable examples and tool settings before training.

How long is the training, and what does it cost?+

Duration, delivery format and pricing depend on the agreed scope and group size. Send us a short brief so we can discuss the options and confirm these details in a proposal.

What if I want to learn on my own?+

AI Accelerator is our individual learning community, with on-demand lessons and community support. You can explore it using the AI Accelerator link in the navigation.

What would you like
your team to do better?

Tell us your team size, the roles involved and one task you want to improve. We can use that as the starting point for a training plan.
